Classical Academic Press has partnered with the Chesterton Schools Network to host and provide the complete curriculum guide all member schools in the network.  This Guide represents the fruit of more than 10 years of planning, teaching, assessment, collaboration, writing, revising, and rewriting.

The CSN Guide is composed of a variety of documents that cover every grade and subject and includes a curriculum roadmap, course lead sheets, course scope and sequences, rubrics, and many separate literature teaching guides for upper school teachers.

View an overview of the CSN Guide in the tabs above, or explore the documents below. In the 9–12 grade collection, documents have been arranged by subject. Note that within the 9–12 Letters folder, the documents have been further sorted by grade, as documents specific to each text studied in each grade are provided.

Please note that these documents are read-only files with a ClassicalU subscription. You also may purchase downloadable versions here from Classical Academic Press.

The Chesterton Schools Network aims to inspire and encourage parent-led Catholic schools across the nation. The Network offers consulting services, templates for evaluating interest and operating a school, and the Chesterton Academy curriculum framework.

The Chesterton Academy framework includes:

  • A four-year, sequential, integrated curriculum overview with high level day-to-day lesson plans and supplemental materials

  • A blueprint for marketing, hiring and evaluating faculty, resource acquisition, scheduling, and assessing local requirements

  • Support through a network of grassroots high schools with the same vision for joyfully Catholic, classical education

The Chesterton Schools Network is a growing and leading network of classical Catholic high school in the United States.

When we began Chesterton Academy in the Twin Cities in 2008, we never dreamed that our model of education would attract interest around the world. Today there are currently 34 schools operating as part of the Network in the U.S. and Canada, with several additional schools slated to open in 2022. There is also a sister school in Italy.
