ClassicalU Mobile is the mobile companion app for ClassicalU. Use this page to request deletion of your ClassicalU account or app-related personal data.
How to request deletion
Send your request to [email protected].

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your ClassicalU account.

Include your name, account email address, and a clear request to delete your ClassicalU account or app-related personal data.

ClassicalU may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.
Deletion requests are typically reviewed within 30 days. Account deletion may remove access to course progress, certificates, saved learning history, and other account-related records.

Downloaded-content records
Other personal data associated with your ClassicalU account, where deletion is permitted
Data that may be retained
Records required for legal, security, tax, accounting, subscription administration, or dispute-resolution purposes
Records needed to protect ClassicalU, our subscribers, or the integrity of the service
Anonymized or aggregated information that no longer identifies you
Backup copies for a limited period according to normal backup retention practices
