Growing a Classical School: How Unified Leadership and Teamwork Creates Sustained Growth by David Seibel As the Head of School at Coram Deo Academy, Dr. David Seibel seeks to delight in, display, and declare the Gospel through teaching, training, and tending the next generation. He and his wife Brooke have four children. David earned his Doctorate of Education from Southern Theological Seminary with a doctoral dissertation focused on the leadership contributions to school growth using the organizational theory of Ichak Adizes to describe how schools mature over time. This is available as a course and book titled Growing a Classical School: How Unified Leadership and Teamwork Creates Sustained Growth (with a foreword by Taylor University President, Dr. Michael Lindsay). David also holds an MDiv from Southern Theological Seminary, an MEd from Marian University, and a BA in Economics and Spanish from Wabash College. His family attends Cornerstone Bible Church. In his spare time, he likes to finish in the bottom half in triathlons, hike with family, and do research and writing for the classical schooling movement.
