Karen T. Moore has served as the Classical Languages Chair at Grace of Georgetown, TX, since 2002 where she built the third- through twelfth-grade classical language program. In addition, she leads Grace Academy’s annual Senior Tour of Italy. Moore is also an adjunct professor of Classics for Houston Christian University and a course lecturer for ClassicalU. Furthermore, she is the vice president for the ACCS Institute for Classical Languages and a trustee for the Vergilian Society. Moore has published several Latin books, including the Libellus de Historia series, the Latin Alive! series (Classical Academic Press) and Hancus ille Vaccanis (Logos Press). Her current project is a ClassicalU video course and resource text on the topic of in situ studies. Moore holds a BA in Classics from the University of Texas at Austin and an MSc with Distinction in Classical Art & Archaeology from the University of Edinburgh, along with additional graduate work in classics through Villanova University.
