In this course, Dr. David Seibel provides an in depth look at the leadership styles and subsystems essential to reaching institutional mastery by considering six case study schools. He provides helpful metaphors for understanding the four stages of the school lifecycle and the most common problems for the four subsystems based upon the work of author Ichak Adizes. Dr. David Seibel also brings his insights from his work with 35 schools in the Association of Classical Christian Schools accelerator to present on three special topics: starting a school, adding a high school, and using strategic vision for fundraising and to fill classrooms. If you are starting a new school or are part of an established institution, this course will have content that will encourage and guide you through the various stages of the school lifecycle.

This course is also available as a paperback book or a Kindle book. This book follows the content of the video course with a foreword by Taylor University President, Dr. Michael Lindsay. Please watch our newsletter for updates!
