- Describe the kind of culture you would like to establish in your classroom. What are some of the techniques that you might use to create this culture?
- Is there a topic or area you teach that you do not love? Think about how you talk about this topic with your students. Does your negative opinion come out in your speech or actions? How can you modify your speech or actions to portray this topic in a positive light?
- Are your students comfortable getting answers wrong in your class? What techniques do you use or can you use in the future to help students feel more comfortable and then find the correct answer?
- What rituals do you currently have in your classroom? Are there any rituals or events that you can add in to help enhance and add joy to the learning process?
